We use a cutting edge photography technology known as Matterport. This technology allows homebuyers to move through a property and see it from any angle. Buyers can use their computer or mobile device to have the Open House experience from anywhere, at any time of the day. This greatly increases the pool of potential buyers viewing your property, even if they can’t attend an open house in person.

Furthermore, it means that the inquiries we receive on your property will likely be from truly interested buyers, as they have already done a walkthrough and know that they want to learn more.

How does it work?

We use our in-house special camera to capture images of your home. In addition to having beautiful professional still images, we will have three additional ways for buyers to view your home:

3D Walkthrough: Buyers navigate through the space like they’re actually there! They can look up, down and all around the space.

Dollhouse View:  Shows how the entire property fits together (as in the example shown above).

Floorplan View:  A top-down, birds-eye view of the rooms on each level of the home.
