Nicole Ball is the best you can possibly find, as both a top realtor and, now, as a friend! When my wife and I decided to list our off-grid home, this past September on Point Ripley in Harrington, Maine, our #1 priority was to find the best realtor, as we knew off-grid living would make our home a more complex sale. We sought out Nicole after seeing how quickly she had closed several other nearby homes! When meeting Nicole, my wife and I immediately liked her demeanor and personality and, from day one, felt very comfortable working with her! Nicole is a tireless realtor and, in a matter of days, after carefully screening through several interested buyers, successfully negotiated the deal for the sale of our home! We couldn't have asked for anything more than what Nicole delivered and she did it all with utmost professionalism and calm!
