I have known Karen Eldridge since 2009: when she established a rental program for my farm house in Machias, ME dealing with renters, property management, contractors; she has sold several lots in Machias for me, a major sale of pastureland now in conservation, for which I had earnestly hoped; and recently she sold a lot in Cooper, ME, on Birch Point. I have been in real estate since my 20's - there is in my opinion no better agent than Karen: she is intelligent, professional, assiduous, kind, meticulous, and so gentle. She is my friend; I am devoted to her and so appreciative. She has one more lot to sell in Birch Point, but I will never forget her remarkable qualities and her friendship.
