Karen is the best!! There are not enough words to explain all the great things she brings to the table. She's kind, thorough, thoughtful, knows how to get through difficult problems, avoid a lot of problems preemptively, and keeps things moving in the right direction. Her knowledge of the local area is immeasurable as is her ability to understand people and their interests, needs, wants, etc, to help in finding the right property. I have known Karen Eldridge since 2009: when she established a rental program for my farm house in Machias, ME dealing with renters, property management, contractors; she has sold several lots in Machias for me, a major sale of pastureland now in conservation, for which I had earnestly hoped; and recently she sold a lot in Cooper, ME, on Birch Point.
